No Sex In J.Lo Sex Tape

As we've times reported, Jennifer Lopez is suing her ex Ojani Noa and his proxy Ed Meyer for attempting to distribute a private tape that reportedly contained sexually exact material of the two.
But according to J.Lo's counsel John Lavely "there wasn't anything suspend to sex" in the tape.
So does this dismal the her ex was telling the genuineness?
Jenny's lawyer goes on to claim the tape in question is " private and personal to my patient."
We agree!
Hopefully that temporary restraining array blocking the mooch from making riches off their marriage becomes permanent!
What do U about? Should he be allowed to let out personal tapes? Or not since he signed a confidentiality understanding years back?
