No More Jail Time For La Lohan!

It's (verging on) official!
Lindsay Lohan has once again slithered evasion of serious trouble!
HOW does she do it?! LOLz!
The previously hard-pAArtying actress' lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, reportedly met with conjecture Stephanie Sautner and the City Attorney yesterday, and according to sources, gurl on NOT be sentenced to any additional reformatory time over the 120 days she has already received notwithstanding violating her probation, so long as she pleads no trial to misdemeanor theft!
Furthermore, she's expected to be serving her determination at home, with an electronic monitoring thingumajig!
Wow!
We won't know in the interest of sure until tomorrow's hearing - and as we've reported, La Lohan won't equable BE there for it - but we mark that gurl should be thanking her insanely propitious stars that she'll be gone of this mess completely, and rather unscathed, might we add!
Hopefully THIS desire be the last of these situations appropriate for her.
