The Mouse's Marvel Deal Is Done!

Oh old bean! Mickey must be thrilled!
As we once upon a time mentioned, Disney planned on purchasing wonder Entertainment for the whopping price of $4.24 billion and at this very moment it's a done deal.
miracle shareholders approved the sale on Thursday which means Disney trendy owns the rights to Spider-valet, Iron Man and its 5,000 other clever book creations.
Isaac "Ike" Perlmutter, wonder chief executive, will continue to manage the business, but report to Walt Disney Co. CEO Robert Iger.
"The original and business potential of this array is substantial," says Iger regarding the getting.
