MJ's Dad Wants His Medical Records

And the holdings lawyers are PISSED!
Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, has subpoenaed medical records from the UCLA Medical Center because he seems to entertain the idea they hold other information about his son's demise, including possible foul play.
Joe and his lawyers are asking to go to medical records, autopsy reports, autopsy photos, medications and forecast assessments.
The patriarch of the Jackson issue says that the entire family is behind his steadfastness and they all believe the info is vital to exposing foul recreation in Michael's death.
MJ's land lawyer Howard Weitzman is claiming the the subpoenas in favour of the documents violate the late crowned head of Pop's rights of isolation and doctor-patient confidentiality.
We're not satisfied what to think, but with Joe Jackson active, who knows what the real grounds could be.
