Mariah Carey Gets Some Praise (Finally)!

Mariah Carey's unknown album may be lackluster, but at least she's definitely good in this new movie!
Mimi's young flick, Precious, is garnering her some dernier cri reveiws. One of the best came from EW's Oscar Watchers Dave Karger and Missy Schwartz.
They had some wonderful things to speak about MiMi:
Dave Karger: You and I are also both quite impressed with Mariah Carey's execution in this movie.
Missy Schwartz: I couldn't suppose that I was looking at Mariah Carey. We're all conscious of this superstar-larger-than-sustenance-far-from-down-to-earth face that she has and it couldn't be patronize from what we see in this flicks. She has straggly hair. She wears maltreatment-fitting frumpy clothes - Rayon, I supposition.
DK: Native Rayon which she hated.
MS: I'm not surprised, I would antipathy them too. And I even spot a little, possibly, maybe it was cranky angle, facial hair. It is so harsh but she's so good and she works it. She plays a popular worker who's working with this uninitiated, troubled teenager and she's awesome. I wanted to see more of her on blind.
Bravo, MiMi! Maybe it's quickly to start thinking about a shoot shift.
On second thought, we'll bide one's time till we see it before we surrender you that advice!
