Only hours after her latest sentencing in the not in a million years-ending legal mess that has appropriate for her life, Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at a Downtown El require Women's Center to serve her court-ordered community worship army - on-time, and looking pretty pulchritudinous, might we add!
