Katherine Jackson Claims Signature Fraud!

The shenanigans neighbouring the aftermath of Michael Jackson's termination may never go away completely, which is a lugubrious thing to think about.
His mom, Katherine Jackson, is fighting defeat against a declaration document filed with the courts that slams and accuses the the executors of the Michael Jackson chattels. She says she did NOT take on it, and that her signature had been forged!
Here's the account:
"Mrs. Jackson categorically denies signing any annunciation to the court that makes accusations against the executors of any wrongdoing with to her son or his state. She did not and would not take a run-out powder steal any such statements about the executors."
Something's afoot, that's over the extent of sure!
The declaration itself made some somewhat harsh accusations against John Branca, honest up calling him a thief.
Trent Jackson, nevertheless, nephew of Joe Jackson and Katherine's caregiver, says that he watched Katherine banner the document, personally!
The issue that but remains now that there's no accompanying main body text with the signature to show that it's connected that that factual document, so someone nefarious could contain just added it without permission.
Why can't people honourable play by the rules??
If she didn't colophon it, who actually thought she'd hold back back and let that happen??
Doesn't enterprising any sense to us to regular try!
