Heidi Montag and her allay Spencer Pratt did not attend her sister Holly Montag's 26th birthday celebration because "Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid."

An insider continued: "Holly was deep down wishing that her sister could scarcely be a sister and stop alongside her birthday party…I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn't show up without a fee. That's sick-making."
Holly ended up getting some publicity by reason of her event, though, as her BFF Stephanie Pratt was arrested concerning DUI suspicion shortly after leaving!
But we're reasonably sure Heidi didn't mind being upstaged past her sister-in-law in this holder!
