Jenna Jameson is being sued via the owners of the Hollywood Palms Cinema in Naperville and Woodbridge, Il as regards faking sick and skipping appearances so she could turn to the b-day party of….PEREZ HILTON! Ha!
The theater owners title that Jenna refused to reschedule, and that they played out thousands of $$$ promoting her appearance.
According to the conform to, the theaters were set to set up "tens of thousands" of dollars on the affair. They claim that Jenna sent them a "unsettled doctor's note," but then they set out the truth when pics surfaced on the Internet from Perez's X Ball.
Here's what the cinema owners are seeking from Jenna:
