Former America's Best Dance Crew Judge/Choreographer Pleads 'No Contest' To Having Sex With A Minor

This youth probably deserves even more of a dressing-down...but at least he'll disburse some time behind bars.
To recap, quondam America's Best Dance Crew guess/choreographer Shane Sparks was arrested in December 2009, and ordered to fling almost a year later on eight sexual intercourse charges, including "lewd acts on a newborn" and two counts of "oral copulation of a under 16."
Now, Sparks has pleaded no to "having unlawful sex with a unimportant under 16," and as a result he'll be serving 270 days in imprison. He'll also get five years of probation, and he'll be affected to attend 52 counseling sessions. AND he won't be allowed to be female minors when other adults aren't nowadays.
Hopefully this is the last we hark to from this guy. We're pleased to see some justice being served.
