Disney Sells Miramax For $660 MILLION!

It's a done understanding large!
Disney announced yesterday that they arrange sold Miramax Films to Filmyard Holdings LLC - and its partners Ron instructor and Tom Barrack - for a enormous $660 million!
The deal should go from head to foot sometime between September and January of 2011.
Disney President and CEO Bob Iger says:
"Although we are acutely proud of Miramax's many accomplishments, our drift strategy for Walt Disney Studios is to fuzzy on the development of great shift pictures under the Disney, Pixar and astonished at brands. We are delighted that we suffer with found a home for the Miramax disgrace and Miramax's very highly regarded offering picture library.”
And Ron Tutor elaborates:
“I am enchanted and honored to acquire the Miramax library. On behalf of my partners Tom Barrack and Colony , we look forward to sharing this intoxication quality content with the world in every dream up of media for many years to yield.”
Big switch up! We wonder what this command mean for Miramax and its prevalent employees!
