Conan O'Brien, who reportedly got the irrefutable shaft this afternoon when Jay Leno was acknowledged back his Tonight Show gig, is oven-ready to take his former D-catch employers to court.
Sources are saying that Conan is lawyering up to undergo NBC over this whole late-continually, time slot war.
