It's literal Blood's Alexander Skarsgard partaking in some drunken bare ass play with his "Beyond The stick" (I'll fucking say) co-big draw Rhys Thomas. It's like a frat old crumpet party meets a Calvin Klein ad circa 1995 meets a fangerbaner's humidity daydream.
