A company based out of Delaware called VMG is suing Madonna and her height label over FAMED 1990 mega-hit the latest, claiming Madgeness and her producer unlawfully sampled the horn and keep on tenterhooks medley from their 1977 tune Love fail to observe.
VMG states in the suit:
"The portions of "intended Break, which have been copied into popularity and all its various "mixes," "remixes" videos, YouTube versions, etc.
